Healthway Rewards® — Subscription & Cancellation Policy

The Healthway Rewards® membership is a monthly subscription program offered by VinnyP LLC. This policy governs all billing, cancellation, and refund terms related to your membership.

Billing

Your Healthway Rewards® membership is billed at $29.95 USD per month, starting on the date of your first payment. Your membership renews automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. Your payment method on file will be charged at the start of each new billing period. You will receive an email receipt for each charge.

 What Is Included

  • 50% discount on all Healthway products while your membership is active.
  • Priority customer support and expedited order processing.
  • Early access to new product launches and limited editions.
  • Exclusive seasonal member offers and curated content.

All benefits are active only while your subscription remains current and in good standing.

 How to Cancel

You may cancel your Healthway Rewards® membership at any time, with no cancellation fee. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period — you will retain full access to member benefits until that date, and no further charges will be applied after cancellation.

To cancel, use any of the following methods:

  1. Log in to your account at tryhealthway.com and navigate to Subscription Settings.
  2. Email us at contact@tryhealthway.com with the subject line "Cancel Membership — [Your Email]".
  3. Submit a cancellation request through the Cancel Membership page at https://www.tryhealthway.com/pages/cancellation-page.

We will confirm your cancellation via email within 1 business day. In compliance with FTC click-to-cancel regulations, cancellations are processed immediately upon your request — no call required, no retention flow, no waiting period.

Refunds on Membership Charges

Unused days within a paid billing period are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@tryhealthway.com within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.

Pausing Your Membership

We do not currently offer a pause feature. If you need to take a break, you may cancel and re-subscribe at any time.

Changes to Pricing or Terms

We reserve the right to change the membership price or included benefits at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued membership after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms. You may cancel at any time if you do not agree to the changes.
